1.  What is VideoStore?
VideoStore is a subscription based mobile portal which offer unlimited mobile Videos and Images to download as long as you have an active subscription. Subscription is available at as low as 20 NGN per day, 100 NGN per week. Once you are subscribed to Videostore, you will need an active data connection to be able to download Video and Images on your mobile phone. At N20 daily you will get 5 credit points which will allow you to download 5 content pieces. Top up option of N20 is available in case you want to download more content pieces.


2.  Where do I find Mobile Videos and Images offered from on my Mobile phone?
You need to visit to http://videostore.ng from your mobile via your mobile browser (WAP / Services Browser). You can then select from a range of categories / genres.
Remember to bookmark for easy access.

To browse and purchase a content, please make sure
Your mobile is configured with Mobile Internet (WAP/GPRS) settings.
You are using a compatible mobile for mobile content.
You have enough credit, especially if you are using a prepaid
You have enough space for downloading mobile Videos and Images on your mobile. We recommend you save the content you download on your memory card – if there is one in your mobile phone.


3.  How do I get the link for VideoStore?
You have to simply send "Vstore" or VS to 6363 or visit http://videostore.ng from your mobile. There are no charges on sending this SMS.


4.  How to download the Videos and Images from VideoStore?
You can browse through the portal http://videostore.ng and download the content by clicking the download button. It allows to download only if you have credit points and active subscription.


5.  If I have opted for the subscription option, how long does my subscription last?
Your subscription period will be dependent on the period you have opted for – daily subscription will be active for the Day, weekly subscription will be active for 7 days. At the end of the subscription period, your subscription will be auto renewed.


6.  I want to see, when is my subscription renewal date?
You can visit "My Account" section of VideoStore portal to check your subscription date and next subscription renewal date.


7.  How can I find the specific content on VideoStore?
VideoStore has a unique offering of unlimited access to Videos and Images available . If you know the content name or partial name of the content, you can type in the search bar. If not then you can browse through the respective categories.


8.  Where can I find the Video and Images which I have already downloaded? How can I download the content again? Do I need to pay again for these content?
You can go to "My Account" section to see the list of Videos and Images downloaded by you in the past. The content can be downloaded from the 'My Account' section as long as you retain the same number. The content will be free to download, but data charges would apply as applicable. You can attempt downloading a content from the 'my account' section only 3 times.


9.  How can I unsubscribe from the VideoStore?
To unsubscribe from the subscription services, you need to go to "My Account" in VideoClub and click on 'Unsubscribe' button. You can even send sms STOP or UNSUB to 6363. There are no charges for sending this SMS.


10. If I have opted for the subscription option, how long does my subscription last?
Your subscription period will be dependent on the period you have opted for – daily or weekly . At the end of the subscription period, your subscription will be automatically renewed.


11. I get error 'Low Balance, Recharge and try again', what does this mean?
This message is displayed when you do not have sufficient balance in your account or your daily / weekly renewal has been unsuccessful. To continue enjoying VideoStore kindly recharge and try again.
